Program developer for a research work

Hello,
The job I have to do is to find an efficient way to extract phone numbers with a computer program that would send a request repeatedly.


First, I have to have all the possible phone number combinations in my city.

The area code is always the same (819) and there are 3 starting possibilities ie 290; 279; 880.

So :

(819) 290-

(819) 279-

(819) 880-


Then each number (290-279-880) have 10,000 possibilities. From 0000 to 9999.

(819) 290-0000 to (819) 290-9999.

Same thing for the other two numbers.

The job consists in the first place to make a list of telephone number with all the combinations. There will be 30,000 phone numbers.

After that, thats where the real computer work begins.

Heres what I need:

-The name of the owner of the phone number.
- The owner address of the phone number.

Individually, its very easy to get.

Just go to the website (Removed by Toogit admin) enter the phone number and here you have all the information through my paid account.

Then, just take the number, the name and the address and put it in a second Excel file that I will use to work.

However, each phone number search takes about 45 seconds.

If someone would work manually it would take 500 hours of work for a single city.

With 15 hours of work a week, it would take almost a year.

On the other hand, if a software does it 24/24, it would take 20 days.


So, I need a very simple little computer program.

The program uses the first number in list 1, sends it to the website, extracts the information and puts it in list 2. So on 30,000 times.


On the other hand, it can happen that certain combination of number does not go from owner, in the list, that could be written null and one could simply erase the numbers null.


In the end, I end up with a list on an excel file with all the valid phone numbers, the name and address of the owner.
