we are looking for an IT expert who could make us a simple tool that verifies emails if it is bouncing or working (successfully sent)

basically, we test these emails by sending them a blank email, if the recipient(inbox thread) replies with an automatic system automated message (Removed by Toogit Admin) it means that email/recipient is bounced, meaning its not a working email.

but if the recipient does not reply (it means it is working) or if the recipient replies with an automated template
these are the indication that the email/recipients address is working.
