Hi

I need a programmer that can help with a very specific problem.
When i run Instagram ads, i want to put in a link, that opens my account inside the instagram app. And not as a new page. This is whats called Deep link. (you probably knew)

It is the same service as app.urlgeni
But i just want my own personal browser program that only i can use online, so i dont have to pay per click when advertising for myself or clients.

Can you help me with that.?
And how long ould you estimate such a program would take to create?
