Project Management Lead

We are currently looking for a Project Management Lead that would join project carried out for the European Comission by an international company.

This role is a part of the management team and is managing a team of PMs and Architect in the domain of network and security.

Location: Luxembourg
Salary: 590$ per day

Tasks and responsibilities:

As a leader of a team of project managers, you will be in charge of coordinating the portfolio of projects. The project management lead works in line with organisational goals and gives direction to the team members.
You will be accountable for delivering the projects and respect of SLA, and also manages the project management framework.
As the leader of a technical team of architects, you will be able to challenge and defend the design technical decisions and will give an orientation to the architectural decision.
People management.
Retain the team members identified as key people.
Motivate the teams to gain the objectives given by the customers.
Engage the people able to adhere to the objectives of the teams.


Heres what we are looking for in candidates:

You have knowledge and experience (at least 5 years) of project management
within at least one of the concerned technological domains (Network infrastructure, Security, Compliancy).
You have knowledge and experience (at least 5 years) in one of the technical domain as network infrastructure or security. A validated certification or an expired certification is considered as an advantage.
You own an university degree or equivalent level through experience and professional training.
You possess the ability and willingness to quickly learn new technologies, capable of self-study.
In addition to your strong communication skills, you are structured, process minded and able to maintain the high level overview.
Exhibit good leadership skills by carrying everyone along.
Exhibit good motivational skills to bring out the best in team members.
You are fluent in English and French
