We are looking for a project manager and art director who can manage a team of remote 3D artists while also overseeing and directing the quality of the artistic work. You would also be communicating with clients and manage/oversee the information for the project, manage and organize all data, information, and comments coming to and from clients. You would be in charge of making sure the entire project is delivered in high quality and on schedule. You would also be responsible to ensure that all comments/notes/plans are applied correctly and the clients leave satisfied.
We create very high-quality photorealistic renderings and other types of visuals for real estate properties. The right candidate would need very good 3D visualization skills with an ability to create beautiful photoreal renderings. Excellent (written and spoken) English communication skills and high emotional intelligence with an ability to effectively manage teams and complex projects are a must for this job.
Attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial because missing notes or elements can lead to delays, extra costs, and unhappy clients.
This can be a high-stress role at times, with tight deadlines, high pressure, managing artists and/or clients with varying (sometimes difficult) personalities, and high expectations. The right candidate for this job has to have very good skills in conflict management, problem-solving, communication and an ability to remain assertive and thrive in this type of environment.
