Prototype: Google cloud speech API or Amazon Lex with JavaScript and C#

Hi-

Im looking for a full stack JavaScript and C# devleloper.

The goal is to speak into a computer Microphone and have the have Googles cloud speech API or Amazon Lex type text into an HTML text area.

It would be similar to the demo on Googles own homepage for the API: https://cloud.google.com/speech/

Heres the catch. Google doesnt provide a JavaScript sample, so this might require calling a back-end .NET API. I need C# if this is the case.

I am open to Amazons Speech to Text solutions as well.

The end result will be:
- speak into computer microphone in Google Chrome
- Call the Speech API directly or a .NET back-end API that calls Google or Amazon
- Text is entered into HTML text box in real-time as you speak

I prefer someone who has used Googles APIs or Amazon Speech to Text and C# in the past.
