I need an experienced Python developer, with stock technical analysis experience to edit/rewrite my current trading strategy & shows results as attached

I need the trade strategy to work asap as follow:

Strategy:
Go long when price hits a new 10-day low but Stochastics %K as well as RSI doesnt make a new low.
Go short when price hits a new 10-day high but Stochastics %K as well as RSI doesnt make a new high
