Python MySQL API work needed

1) We would like to host the Instaloader python module on Heroku and call it from our express (react front end) app.

2) The request would be an array of usernames or hashtags.

3) Instaloader would scrape the posts associated with the usernames/hashtags with the parameters that are available in the module.

4) Information such as likes, comment count, src, etc would be stored in a MySQL database table

5) The return response to the express app would be the number of created posts in the database and the number of users.

We have the data model that we are working toward and your hosted script would be responsible for posting it into the database. We would like to be able to handle 3000 posts without difficulty.

We are looking for someone that has building scraper experience and also looking to find ways to do this concurrently so that we can run multiple scraper requests at once.
