QA Hardware Test - New Zealand - Vocus

SDL is looking for experienced hardware testers for WiFi router testing project to be done in the comfort of your home (we will ship the devices for testing). This project is expected to take 5 hours total and needs to be tested on the ISP Vocus (per client requirement).

Preferred qualifications -
BA in IT, System Administration, Networking, Computer Science or a related field.
1-2 years of QA testing or IT/Network admin experience
Comfortable configuring WiFi routers and WLAN modems, including various encryption, WAN, and wireless settings.
Experience working with Smart Home devices (thermostat, lights, displays,speakers)
Working knowledge of Android SDK platform, debugging and analysis tools (like Fiddler or Wireshark) preferred
High-speed internet at home and willingness to use own network for testing
Conversational level of English to provide results and speak with team leads via phone or email
Works well with an international team
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Able to meet deadlines

Must be willing to sign two separate non-disclosures and provide contact information (for shipping purposes)
