QS to be involved with the construction of 4bdrm new private house

Looking for a QS to help with a private new home 4 Bdrm construction. The construction build is timber. QS should be able to work remotely. Autocad drawings from architect will be provided.
Looking for assistance in all areas pre build and during construction, help with quantities, prices, scope of work etc.
QS should be able to understand the needs of the owner and budget of the project and suggest proposals to improve or keep within budget.
You should have attention to detail and be able to challenge the other consultants where is deemed necessary.
Although timber has been suggested as the method of construction the QS engineer should be able to estimate the cost of a steel frame or traditional concrete house method instead.
Maintenance costs should also be considered.
You may be required to work with interior designer and architect.
