Question on Drainage Code

Im building an addition and am wondering about the requirements and spacing specifically for foundation drainage and water heater drain. Ill share the plans I have but not sure what else to do and Im not great at interpreting building codes and our plans examiner didnt mention anything about it... please help! City is lake oswego in Oregon, looks like they use these building codes:
