Quick Fix: Need hair collision/weight fixed on VRM avatar

I have a VRM file character avatar (made in Vroid studio) but the rigging and collision settings seem to be off. I need assistance in fixing the hair. It sometimes will fly (clipping) through the characters eyeball, clip through the hoodie, and it seems to be too lightweight for movement.

The characters cat ears also seem to be missing a back side

I have attached an image of the problem. Please fix the hair so it doesnt go through the skin when moved.
