Reading bank card with Machine Learning (Deep Learning)

I am trying to read card numbers from the debit/credit cards.
Cards are not standard Visa/Master cards and they are for a middle east country.

I am new to Machine Learning.

I was able to detect the box using TensorFlow and it is working.
The problem i have is reading the numbers in the detected boxes. I prefer to have it in a single shot.
I need someone to do the rest of the work.

Please note that :

-Numbers are in both English and Hindu-Arabic numeral system
-Backgrounds are different
