Real Estate/Construction CFO Controller Needed

Real Estate Investment firm looking for experienced and qualified Controller with a strong background in management and operations specific to the real estate and construction industry. Applicants must have real estate and construction related backgrounds and the time to dedicate 40 hours per week. Excellent income and growth potential for the right applicant. Only US based applicants will be considered and we prefer someone in the Eastern Time Zone, however will consider applicants in the Central Time Zone.

Applicant should be comfortable managing and overseeing two senior accountants(Outsourced) handling the following duties:

Monthly reconciliation of bank accounts and credit card accounts
Accounts receivable and collections
Accounts payable
Job costing
General ledger
Journal entries
Write-up and general accounting
Cash disbursements
All aspects of Payroll
Preparation monthly financial reports and statements
Vendor Payments / Invoicing
Multi-Entity Accounting

Candidate would be directly responsible for

Budgeting & Forecasting using QuickBooks and Excel
Cash flow Management, Budgeting and Analysis
Financial Report Preparation
Custom Reporting Using QuickBooks and Excel
Bill Payments
Accounts Payable including loan payments
Weekly and Monthly Financial Statements
Budget to Actual Analytics
Portfolio Analytics
Financial Analysis and Strategy
Financial Risk Management
Cash Flow Planning
Budgeting/Forecasting
Management of utility accounts and payments for company real estate assets
Contract management for company contractors
Management of lender relations and overall process with company lenders/investors
Oversight of insurance accounts for company assets
Management and review of company purchases and asset sales
