we are a real estate startup looking for freelancers to develop the initial prototype (front end and back end) of a real estate investment IDX website.
The company is an early stage startup, looking for an experienced developer with prior experience in developing real estate websites. The developer must have prior experience in developing IDX solutions and working with RETS standard MLS data. The developer also must be familiar with Agile forms of development. Developers with these skills will only be considered.
The project will entail full development from start to finish. The project will involve extracting MLS data from the RETS database, developing the companys internal database system to store the data, creating algorithms to calculate investment metrics, and then displaying these metrics on the front end websites for end users. This will also require UX/UI design of the front end website. The developer must be able to provide advice on the best forms of development and design.
The candidate must have previous experience in developing IDX websites using MLS systems, specifically California MLS (CRMLS). Please only apply if youve previously developed IDX websites using this platform.
