I need someone with flexible availability, to answer calls on their cell phone. Calls will be forwarded to their phone through google voice. You will primarily be taking messages, but you will also be required to submit work orders from tenants to another assistant via email.

A polite attitude is essential for this job, even in the face of rude/difficult callers. Politeness is the best way to prevent unhappy callers.
