Recruiting Freelance Online Creative Director for a local online skincare retail site

Looking for someone who has about 25hrs a week to manage our stores online presence that includes:

1) Email marketing
2) Managing blog content and -4 content writers
3) Create Instagram posts and stories
4) Update sites banners with latest highlights (content / new launches or whatever fun things you can think of)
5) Build an interactive atmosphere surrounding the store

Things youll need to conjure:
1) Instagram stories and posts
2) Emails
3) Site banners

*Blog content will be written by freelance writers that youll manage

- Love skincare and its subtleties
- Have an eye for what (content) idea is ahead and exciting and what is mediocre and boring
