Looking for an experienced bookkeeper who can
- manage all accounts payable
- create and manage budget
- provide monthly P/L, Balance sheet, statement of cash flow, and forecasting reports
- liaise between our exec team and accountant
- minimize the work of our accountant by keeping precise and accurate books
- assist decision makers with forecasting and planning for activities that affect finances
- help convert from quickbooks desktop to quickbooks online
- be available for weekly virtual meetings (eventually monthly) via Skype, Zoom, or similar
