Replicate a simple ecommerce experience

We want to replicate our website

We need a way for people to order blogger outreach orders on our site.

Some website do all sorts of other products and services its only the Blogger Outreach part that we want to replicate.

People should be able to: -

Order blogger outreach services
Order multiple different types
Add the text and content length for their order
Create or login to their account
Pay (stripe/paypal)
Then when theyve ordered we should be able to change the status of their order to indicate whether its complete or not

I had tried to do all of this in Woocommerce but cannot find a way to achieve all I want... that is still my preferred way of delivering this please.
