Research Projcet: Need a Scrapper for trading view and then Sentimental ML model.

I need someone who is proficient with NLP and web scrapping ! We need to host a service on AWS EC2 that basically hosts a simple web service that says the market sentiment and traders point of view for a bunch of markets.

Web Scrapping
We basically want to extract the following:
- Title
- Extract the caption whether it is long or short
- body text
- Get this data for a list of symbols every 15 minutes.
- Authors info: (how many views, followers ... etc)
- Score whether the market is long or short based on authors importance and caption(long/short)

Eventually I want to also make the score a little better and weight with a sentimental analysis ML engine that scores the market sentiment from the body text. The sentiment engine will only run when the caption is missing from the analysis. You need to be an expert at financial NLP sentiment engine or build something like that before.
