Residential House - Architectural plans needed

I am looking for a residential architect that can design a custom home for me. I have the layout for a 2500sq ft +/- home I want to build. I need the plan professionally drawn to include all of the foundation, roofing, electrical, plumbing etc... such that permits can be pulled in the city of El Paso, TX. I am looking for estimates for the complete job. Decision will be made in the next 60 days.

I have the house completely drawn and dimensioned in Xactimate however I do not have access to it at the present time. All I have is the attached crude rendering, however it will provide the basic idea.
