Rigging and skin weighting for 5 characters

I have 5 characters that I need to be rigged and skin weighted. 4 of the characters currently are rigged, but they all have problems during certain animations, and the skin sometimes looks a little off depending upon the animation, so I need the redone. 1 of the characters isnt rigged or skin weighted at all. I can give you any file version for these characters.
