Sales Reporting app or software

We are distribution company selling tech accessories to several retail locations in our Country. In each of these retail stores, we have our sales people or sales promoters that sell our products to end-users.

Currently, whenever our sales promoters sell any of our products to customers, they record it on their phones in a notepad and send it to us end of business day by WhatsApp. There is no way we can analyze this data.

Hence, we are looking at creating an app for our sale staff, whereby they can

- record each item they sell by merely searching or scanning the barcode of the item they sell
- calculate their daily sales at the end of the day
- have analytics on what day of the month, or time of the day they had the best sales
- have them send us attendance and sales reports daily in excel, or any other format that we can use to analyze
