We are looking for someone who can help our team build reports in Patron Manager (Salesforce) for use on marketing and fundraising campaigns. Ideally, this would be an individual who is also willing to pass down some salesforce knowledge to our team. Right now, we find our lack of expertise with the system to be barrier to implementing marketing strategy. We are small opera company so we work with patron data everyday by processing ticket orders and donations. But we struggle to pull this information out of the system so that we can segment our marketing and build a better marketing strategy.
