Salesforce.com developer needed for a few additions to our platform

We are a company that us currently using one of Salesforces more basic editions (Salesforce Group Edition ) and I am looking to hire someone that can successfully integrate an email nurturing product (constant contact, mail chimp....etc) in which our employees can quickly add someone to a specific email nurturing campaign that we choose. They key is that this needs to be able to work with Salesforce group edition. This is a challenge that we came across in the past that many 3rd party apps like Constant Contact require enterprise additions or even higher. In addition, I am also looking for someone to add a text messaging app to our system/platform as well in which our employees can use a product like TextUS or 360 SMS SMS Magic.....etc If you are hired for this project it is extremely important that you are certain that your solution will work 100% with the Salesforce Group Edition. If your solution will not work with this version, please suggest what versions would work, or if you gave a work around that would get the job done. Ideally I dont want to upgrade all of our Salesforce licenses to a much more expensive version when we wont use any of those features. I have been told in the past that we might be able to use the Employee Apps Starter version of salesforce to accomplish this, however I am not certain. In closing I will share an image of what we have implemented already with shortlisted candidates. We have MailChimp already integrated into our system but we still werent able to get it to function exactly as we wanted it to. A lot of the work has been done in implementing MailChimp so this might be just tweaking a few things/settings to get it to work properly. All we need to be able to do is to simply click on the mailchimp subscription button, then choose from a series of premade message campaigns and activate it from there.
