Scan and Scrape Google My Business Data

We are looking for either a data file or web-based tool that can scan Google My Business (GMB) as a mobile device and provide an outcome based on the data available for each business. We will provide a list of restaurants (ie. Craig Os Pizza Austin, TX.) - your tool or data set will open as mobile device, scan GMB and provide one of the following results based on the restaurants GMB data.

1. No Menu and No Posts (Updates)
2. No Menu HAS Posts (Updates)
3. HAS Menu and
4. Menu HAS sub-menus (Main Menu, Gluten Free Menu)...
5. HAS Menu but NO sub-menu

We will provide a CSV with the following:
ID, name, city, state, phone - this will ensure that they match on GMB is accurate.

We will need a CSV with the following:
ID, name, city, state, phone, timestamp and Score (1-5) - see above.
timestamp must be date and time that they score was generated.

The lists we have are currently broken down by city and contain from 800 to 3000 locations.

We are open to either a data file for each city OR a tool where we can run ourselves - however, Throttling and ReCaptcha (V3) must be considered as well as IP rotation, etc. We do not want to deal with getting blocked.
