Scrape an ASPX site and extract reports

I am looking for a freelancer to design a script that will navigate a site, click on some links, select dates appropriately, extract data and store it. I have an internal team who can then take that data and import it into our own sql database for analysis.

I would like this script to run on a vps (ill give you a docker container) on a regular basis (daily, weekly, or monthly), perhaps using cron or whatever method the freelancer suggests

The data should be exported as csv or json, in fact the site itself has export options already

Ideally the freelancer should be knowledgeable in git, linux, potentially python or ruby. Im open to any other ideas as well
