Looking for someone that deliver a complete solution for a tool that screens real estate listings. The tool will need to pull data fields from a real estate listing API and scrape data from web pages and populate a spreadsheet that I provide with these data. The spreadsheet performs financial calculations on these data. If certain qualifying financial results are met, the tool should post an iteration of this spreadsheet and email me a link. There will need to be a web interface to view and compare each qualifying listing and compare them on predetermined financial criteria. I will also need the ability to make edits to the spreadsheet.
