Search registrar for all domains registered in a time period.

I am wanting some piece of software (doesnt matter what it is coded in), that will allow me to choose a domain registrar and search/return all domains registered during a specific time frame.

Want the ability to filter on specific TLD such as .click

Would you like to implement the functionality for users for checking domain name availability and register domain names.

Would like to have a feature for sending emails to users for updates related to domains.
