Seeking Digitized document synchronization (and auto-population)

For a better idea of whats involved, I will share some sample document with shortlisted candidates.
to find eight required forms for one (of several series) of making an immigration application. I want to design a client intake form using Adobe Acrobat Pro to collect the data pieces required in those forms. I then require the script to extract that data and insert it into each of those forms, as required to completed each application. It would be ideal if you can give me a fixed cost for each set of forms, so I can budget and pay for each set of forms separately. Thanks again.
