Seeking Fashion Designer for techpack of Long Sleeve Button Down Shirt

I am seeking a fashion technical designer to help me create a techpack for long sleeve camp collar shirts.
I would also like assistance in creating a pattern if possible, as well as pattern grading.
The shirt will have a relaxed fit.
I will share my modern, flat sketches as reference with shortlisted candidates. I should note that they are not entirely representative of the desired fit of the garment, but am happy to discuss my ideas in further detail to get the perfect techpack.
