We are looking for a Avionics Systems Subject Matter Expert to join our team as a Consultant in developing a innovative cyber security tool.
As a consultant, you will work with a group of Software and Cyber Engineers in the design and development of a limited prototype tool used to analyze avionic systems for cyber resiliency.
We currently have an enterprise application that is used for cyber warfare analytics, visualizations and knowledge management. In its current form, this application is not designed to be used on avionic systems. We would like to build upon and modify it so that it could be applicable within that domain. We need an Avionics Systems SME to evaluate our proposed development plan and determine if it is viable. If it is, then we need assistance fleshing out the avionic requirements needed in order to build a prototype. (hardware, software, roadmap, resources and level of effort).Our team has plenty of software development experience and cyber security, but in order to successfully execute our plan we need and individual with Avionic systems development and testing experience to join us. If you would be interested in joining us in this endeavor in a consulting capacity as an Avionics Systems SME and would like to further discuss this please let me know.
The consultant will be instrumental in architecting the avionic hardware and software components of the prototype.
Must be knowledgeable in a variety of interfaces and protocols including MIL-STD-1553, RS-232/422, ARINC-429, CAN bus, Ethernet/TCP/IP, etc.
