Seeking software engineer to develop a windows credential provider with 2nd factor authentication

We are looking for the freelancers who can help us develop a proof of concept for customized windows credential providers. The credential provider is a component in windows SDK which allows the software developers to develop the customized methods for unlocking the PC.

Here is our requirement: we have a 2nd factor authentication device with Bluetooth connectivity which we want to connect to the PC via Bluetooth and unlock the PC once credential provider receives the authentication token from the device.
