We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer with extensive experience of building scrapers for Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, etc.

TechSalesBox is an international sales consulting agency. We help B2B companies (e.g SaaS or Software companies) to connect with the potential buyers at scale. We generate a high quantity and quality of positive responses from the right target persons via LinkedIn or Email.
How do we help?
In our experience, when B2B companies do outbound business development (like cold calling or cold emailing), it usually costs them a lot of time and money to get to the initial meeting with the right target person. We are helping salespersons to increase the quantity and quality of meetings with net new customers, save them a lot of the time, and reduce the lead generation cost.

- Depending on your experience we offer you up to $6500 OTE per month for a half-time job. The exact bonus you earn will depend on your ability to adhere to deadlines.
Your responsibilities and requirements
- You will be on the front line and closely communicating both with the CTO, CEO and our customers.
- We are setting ambitious business goals for our company and are looking for someone to help us grow. Depending on your ambitions and on how fast you will be able to learn, we expect you already after 3 months to be able to help new employees getting up to speed by sharing the knowledge you will acquire.
- Because we are an early-stage startup we are innovating and changing fast. You will help us improve the systems we use and increase the quality of our work. You will also have the opportunity to impact the internal structures of our company in a very profound way. Depending on your skills, interests, and level of expertise you can get involved in many other business areas like design, marketing, support, sales, etc.
Technical experience requirements
1. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field
2. 3+ years with Web scraping, front- and back-end website development & UI experience
3. Creating database tables and logic to support server-side code
4. Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
5. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
6. Familiar with the agile work environment
Soft Skills requirements
1. Great communicator with interest in improving his or hers understanding and influence on people. High level of empathy and outstanding listening skills
2. Has taken leadership positions (in any area of life, does not have to be in business), can take ownership and work with minimal guidance.
3. Quick thinker. complex problem solver and highly organized person.
4. Want to constantly grow professionally and personally.
5. Proficient English speaker and an ambitious high achiever.
Nice to have
1. A high degree of interest in developing SalesTech or MarketTech
2. It is a plus if you speak at least one more European language. Ideally, you have lived abroad for more than 6 months.
3. A regular meditator for more than 6 months
4. Accustomed to working remotely
