Senior Power BI Developer

Digifloat Pakistan is in need for a Senior BI Developer who will be responsible for designing, building and deploying Power BI solutions.

Responsibilities:

Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting
Evaluate and improve existing Power BI solutions
Collaborate with remote teams to integrate systems
Create visualizations and reports for requested projects
Develop and update technical documentation
Business analysis and requirement gathering
conduct User Acceptance Testing

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Power BI Developer
Manufacturing Industry experience is preferred
Experience of Azure Analysis Service
Experience in writing Apache Spark based ETL/ELT pipelines is a plus
Background in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modeling) and data mining
In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework
Knowledge of SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
Previous experience using an ERP system
