Sentiment Analysis/NLP Project

Background:
We are looking to expand into sentiment analysis and need a detailed technical plan for this initiative. The technical plan needs to outline how to store and retrieve text data quickly, perform sentiment analysis, and analyze data based on sentiment, keywords, syntax etc.

Items that should be specified in the plan:
1. Text Storage Process
a. How can we efficiently store data?
b. How can we retrieve data quickly?
i. How do we pull the data from storage, prep it, and begin the sentiment analysis process?
2. Sentiment Analysis Process
a. What are the best sources to use?
i. Google, IBM etc
b. How to perform different types of sentiment analysis?
i. Sentiment, Entities, Syntax, keyword
ii. Any others?
c. Limitations
i. Problems with the quality of data collected
3. Identify the experts that we need to develop
a. Database administrators
b. Developers
c. ML/AI experts
d. Any others?
4. Visualizations Process (not required but a plus)
a. Looking for advice on how to best visualize data post sentiment analysis
i. Individual text records
ii. Overall data
5. Suggestive Actions (not required but a plus)
a. What are others in the field doing with data after the post sentiment analysis process? Meaning is there some other process that can perform suggestive analysis?

Role:
We are looking for an expert that can really provide a low-level design guide for this. After the design guide is provided, if the expert is available, they can continue to work with us as we move from planning into development.
