This position provides first and second level service desk support to internal customers, assisting them with hardware and software issues via phone, email and in person. The analyst will also assist with the management of tickets, accompanying field engineers remotely in each task. Successful candidates will have exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and able to multitask in a fast paced environment. Home Office.
