Looking for someone who can build me a bulk emailing server.

The server need to be able to upload my list, easy to warm up and have standard autoresponder features.

You also need to have expertise in warming up the server so that u can advise me and be able to provide support for at least 30 days.

I will also need to know the estimated time it usually take to be fully functional (sending hundreds of emails at once)

Please indicate your experience, the number of servers u build and having a testimonial is a plus.
