Set up AWS S3 / Kinetix Firehose remote logging system

We currently have 3 Linux servers logging locally, and we would like to configure them to write all our logs remotely to an AWS S3 solution via Kinetix Firehose. Once there, we would like to rotate them in a way that we keep them for 365 days but after 30 days can go to a infrequent access solution like S3-IA or Glacier. We will need to implement some retrieval / searchability tool.

You would be in contact with our sysadmin that will assist you in all the process.

We would like you to give us a proposal of how would you achieve the job.
