Set up jenkins for React app

Currently, Im only developing a project so there is no need to deployment. I am working on a React app and want to create a pipeline to validate the PRs before they get merge. What I need is:
0. Set up a small vps with Jenkins.
1. Jenkins connected to Github.
2. Should be triggered when a commit is pushed to a PR or a PR is created. You know better jenkins so let me know if there are better alternatives.
3. In jenkins it will need to run some scripts of node:
3.1 npm install => install dependencies
3.2 npm run lint => lint the code to find issues
3.3 npm run build => verify that the build works
3.4 npm run test => unit testing

Probably for jenkins youll need a vps. Right? Do you have any recommendation?
