Setting Up ViciDial - Outbound Dialer System

I am looking for a freelancer to set up ViciDial for my outbound call center. This project is very straight forward.

I am looking for someone with experience and knowledge on ViciDial that can help with installing the software, setting up Caller IDs, and creating the campaign and configuring the dialer for what we are doing. As this process is being done, I would ask that the freelancers takes brief notes on the setup process so that I am familiar with process.

If you are willing to record a video of some of the key parts of the setup and do a walkthrough of the configurations and software after it is installed, that is very of much a bonus.
