Setup of Financial Reporting System - Dashboard for visualization of performance, analytics and KPIs

The deliverable is a system that allows input of data on a transaction by transaction basis by 4-5 different people. The volume of transactions is quite low (100-200 per annum).

Each transaction has 12 fields of information including the stage of the transaction (probability of closing).

The system needs to have a dashboard of outputs that management can visually see i.e. performance with graphs being updated automatically from the inputs.

The systems also require protection to ensure misuse doesnt impact the information (currently using Excel and it is losing shape by people inserting new lines etc).

It also needs to have the ability to have sensitive data only accessible to management.

The ability to slice and dice the information (eg by geography, sector, date) is key so expect V look up and pivot tables would be required.

The outputs (dashboard KPIs and graphs) will need to be easily transferable to PowerPoint presentations.

Interested in having this built on Excel first and then moving to a more advanced customised built web based options allowing much simpler data entry.
