SharePoint Expert (Power BI Issue)

Looking for someone knowledgeable in both SharePoint and Power BI to help with a connectivity issue. When connecting to SharePoint via Power Query, there is an extremely long wait time when attempting to parse the contents.

Ive tried this with two accounts and I believe the account with permissions to the full SP site is the issue since there are many files contained (thousands of files) online. The alternate account only has permission access to a subset of the site and doesnt produce any issues.
