I am looking at doing a coffee shop in a at sea shopping container. That is a 9 tall container 40 long. It will need to comply with building code for the state of ga and be structurally sound.

The concept is to have two side by side as one working area. Then one on top with out side access for storage. It will need drive through windows on both sides as well as natural light. I can provide a rough sketch once we start on the project.

Put in a bid with a scope of work if possible. We will need this stamped ready with elevation plans.
