Shopify custom Field implementation on product page

1. Create custom input meta fields on product page where buyer will select atleast 8 dishes before adding it to cart. Otherwise it should not proceed.

and pass only selected dishes to cart and checkout page.

2. And make the Add to cart button fixed at the bottom of the page. so that is will be visible all all the time.

(we already have custom fields working properly and passing data. we just need to design it better using jquery and some other scripting. )
