Shopify expert needed for development of Shopify e-commerce site

I currently have an open cart store for a range of motorcycle related products which I import. I want to develop a shopify store for this brand.

There are a lot of individual products, but they can be easily and simply grouped, so from the home page there would need to be a series of pull down menus to allow the user to select the make, model and year of the motorbike they are looking for products for. From that input the user would then be taken to another page which displays the products available for that motorcycle (typically about 6 products). The number of makes/model/years of motorbikes though is in the hundreds. For each manufacturer I would see there will be a different backdrop to the second page. Other than the backdrop and the products displayed on the second page changing it would be the same page displayed for each search.

Additionally I would need a blog page where I could post various blogs and this would need the ability to have webforms included in it for a promo that I want to run.

Please advise if further information is required.
