Shopify Expert required with extensive experience in complex product uploads

The questions set-out are for you to answer in order to ensure that you understand the project requirements, are a good fit for this project and have the required skills so that we dont waste either of our time.

What: A new Shopify store selling personalised gifts.

I have over 6,000 skus already in a shopify format CSV but I need further help with the CSV ensuring that it is uploaded 100% accurately and setting up the new store so that the upload also displays correctly for the customer. I am probably going to use a shopify store template - so youll need to be capable of easily modifying this.

1. Personalisation restrictions.

Each product has different variables for personalisation.
All personalisation consists of alphanumeric characters only.

For example:

Product 1 - will display as 1 line of personalisation for the user to type into - up to 10 characters only

Product 2 - will display as 3 lines of personalisation for the user to type into - up to 12 characters per line only

Product 3 - will display as 5 lines of personalisation for the user to type into - up to 8 characters per line only

I have all of the personalisation criteria in a separate excel sheet containing 19,932 lines we need to match them up to get them into the master shopify upload.
Essential: All product info is sorted and uploaded 100% accurately and that the character limits and requirements display correctly for the customer.
Q. Are you 100% confident doing this? And what will your approach be?

2. Images
We have the link for image 1 - however there are 4-5 images available via FTP - are you able to automate this process rather than do it manually / possibly via a script? So that all images display correctly for each product and are hosted on the shopify site.
Please describe your approach to this?
