Shopify Guru - Knowledgable of everything Shopify

Hey!

We are looking to grow our team with yet another awesome individual. We are a rapidly growing Shopify store and for that reason, we need to be covered in all areas. We already have virtual assistants for customer service and order fulfillment. Now what we are looking for is somewhat of an expert in all areas.

There was no title or category to describe exactly what we need. Think of this position as our Shopify Psychologist. We need someone who is knowledgeable in all areas so that when problems occur, performance dips, or improvements could be made, we know that you will be there to make sure it is taken care of properly, efficiently and quickly.
As an example, right now we are having some issues with payments and orders. We know this is a vague example, but we can discuss it further if you apply for the position.

Job Duties:
- COMMUNICATION DAILY - We have had problems in the past with communication
- Can be available immediately if it is an absolute emergency.
- Analyzing day to day operations and making sure it is being run efficiently.
- Ensuring that our other virtual assistants and marketing specialists are doing their job.
- Creating and managing new projects for employees.

Minimum Job Qualifications:
- Must speak English.
- Advanced knowledge of eCommerce, preferably with the Shopify platform.
- Advanced knowledge of product research.
- Advanced knowledge of all things marketing including targeting, channels, platforms, etc.

Bonus Qualities We Look For:
- Advanced knowledge of payment processing and how we might lower costs.
- Experience with Shopify

If selected, pay rate and hours will be based on your experience and qualifications.
