Shopify Virtual Assistant for Product Data Entry, Product Upload to site:

We are a fast growing ecommerce business searching for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help us with creating CSV files for new products that can be uploaded to our Shopify store. We need someone who can go to the manufacturers website and copy and paste the relevant information from their site into our product database, creating copy edits as needed.

For this job, adding products that need to be added to a database / CSV file. For the ideal candidate, there is strong possibility for ongoing similar work as well as other administrative tasks as needed.

Deliverables needed:

The final CSV file needs to include the following sections: Handle, Title, Body / Description (in HTML), Vendors, Variants and more.

Skills needed:

Must be fluent in English - Reading / Speaking / Grammar
Must have experience creating CSV files for bulk upload of products to Shopify
Experience with writing product descriptions in HTML
Strong attention to detail is critical
Great time management skills
Experience in online research

Ideal candidate will handle all aspects of daily ecommerce store management, including the following:

- Creating CSV files for product import
- Titles/Descriptions for new products
- Collections/category management
- Managing in-stock / out-of-stock products
- NEW SKU creation and assignment
- Product Image import
- Independent problem solver who can learn things quickly
- Pays attention to detail; prioritizes and manages time effectively
- Can speak and write in fluent English

This is a long term position with competitive compensation. Serious applicants with previous 2 YEARS SHOPIFY STORE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

Describe your experience with product management
