*Simple* Animation of an expanding and contracting circle for breathing exercises video

Need a simple animation of an expanding and contracting circle that I can use for breathing and meditation videos. I would like the circle to be centered and the background to be transparent so that I can drag and drop it into an adobe premiere layer and use different backgrounds for different videos. The video should loop seamlessly.

I would like the circle to consist of just a white line and the shape not to be filled in. The line should be thick enough to be visible against a photo background( picture of a mountain, ocean, etc)

I intend to use this for long videos of 60 mins+ So I would like the video to be long but still a reasonable file size. videos will be in HD 1920 X 1080

The timing and the shape ratio is good and i like the hold section. Except I just need a white circle line with no words.
